Thank-you gifts delayed but are coming!

Kia ora koutou to all of our participants,

Please rest assured that the thank-you gift is definitely coming. We do, however, acknowledge that it has been delayed well beyond what we had expected and we apologise for that. The eligibility for the gift is based on Wave 1 participation so everyone who is eligible based on their Wave 1 participation will get it regardless of whether they want to continue/have continued into Wave 2.

We have run into some unexpected difficulties with the university finance team wanting us to make purchases through a centralised account that they set up, rather than allowing us to set up our own account and there are also some anti-money laundering procedures and processes we have to go through. All of this has added on really large and unexpected delays, which has been really frustrating for us.

So please know that everyone eligible will receive their gift and we are doing everything we can to get it to you in as timely a manner as we possibly can.

We will upload a new blog post when the gifts are being sent out, and they will arrive to you via email.
